I’m a retired General Contractor from the Midwest and I know good workmanship when I see it. After our most recent hurricane it was determined that we required a new tile roof. Through a referral I contacted Dave from Dero Roofing. Dave was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. We agreed to his contract and the work was performed perfectly as per our agreement. His roofing crew was respectful, hard working, and very skilled. They cleaned up every day and finished our three story tile roof in record time. I would highly recommend Dero Roofing. I got a bunch of bids. Fair price, but excellent service from sales through the end of the job. My favorite part was 1) clean worksite the crews were always diligent about having no mess around, and 2) there was a manager/foreman there every day making everything was going well and keeping me updated on what was happening. HIGH recommend.

He was extremely knowledgeable having been a roofer himself, took time to listen to our needs and offer different options, and most importantly, genuinely cared. He definitely earned our trust and did not fall short of his word! His cost was very reasonably which of course is a huge bonus. His time-line of events was on point, his crew cleaned up each day, and the quality of work was outstanding! He took care of things that we didn't even expect at no additional charge. Smooth from start to finish.I received several bids to have our roof replaced. Dero Roofing was not the least or most expensive. I learned a long time ago that you truly do get what you pay for. It was nice to go into a beautiful showroom (which other companies don’t have) and see all of the different styles and colors of tile. It was an added bonus to look at their large screens with video playing their jobs to get an accurate depiction of their company. I do not know much about roofing, however, my neighbor definitely does. He watched the job from start to finish and said they went above and beyond what many roofing companies do. They are a well oiled machine. I also appreciated Dave giving us addresses to drive by and see what we liked best. Dave informed us every step of the way. His foreman and employees were top notch! They cleaned up at the end of every day. Dave worked with us throughout the process as we were on a strict timeline. He actually completed our job a full week early.My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to stop or not begin calling for other bids. You will without a doubt be as thrilled as I am with Dero Roofing. Simply put…Do yourself a favor and just call Dave.

Overall extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Dero Roofing. We did obtain several quotes and met several times with a few companies; it was clear to us that Dero inspired confidence with detailed, honest, and helpful responses to questions. Before we signed a contact, we visited the showroom several times where Dave took us through various material options, price points, and estimated timing to complete. Once we selected material, it was on site in a matter of days. Demolition (from Dero's specialized team that only does demolition) was finished 1 day earlier than expected (including some fascia and roof-deck repairs), which allowed new underlayment and the rest of the dry-in work to be completed ahead of schedule. Our property was kept clean and everything picked up at the end of each work day. Tile installation (a separate specialized team) also took 1 day less than estimated; this team also kept the site clean and neat during the work. Details matter and we felt that we had a fantastic result in a very quick timeframe. Appearance of the new roof transformed the look of the house and we have no more leaks. Thanks Dave, Javier, and the team that took care of us.

Dero Roofing replaced my 20+ yr old roof and did a fantastic job! They were efficient in their work and timeliness. They made sure all roof covering under the tiles was in good condition, took pictures where needed and were very open with communication. The job site was always clean and when they were finished there was no evidence they had even been here, except for a great looking roof! Dave and his crew were diligent about assisting with a leak issue in a valley created because of my old worn roof. They explored the problem, did a temporary fix to be sure the leak was fixed, then, when my roof was complete they left that place open to double check after a rain just to be sure. Needless to say they could have covered the spot and finished the job, but Dave wanted to be sure it was done right. Highly recommend Dero roofing, you will not be disappointed!!

Our family had an incredibly positive experience with DERO Roofing. From the beginning, Luke and the team took great care of us. They were friendly and answered all our questions in a timely manner with great communication and follow through. DERO Roofing never made us feel like we were wasting their time and vice versa. The other two companies were not.Signed the contract on a Thursday the roof was finished the next Wednesday.The crew cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any trash or debris laying around.Roof looks awesome. Great attention to detail. They even painted the exhaust vents to match the roof.Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof in the Marco Island/Naples area.

I am very pleased with the work that Dero Roofing did on my home. They replaced the entire roof and installed very nice looking shingles on my roof which comes with a 5 year workmanship warranty. Dave guided us all the way from start to finish and even assisted with inspections. He was professional, pleasant and extremely hands on with everything from start to finish! I purchased a home on Marco this fall with the intent of repairing the 27 year old roof. Upon closer examination, it became obvious that repair was going to be expensive and a new roof was warranted. DERO (Dave DeRogatis) impressed me with his video inspection of the roof, plus he is a LOCAL contractor. Even though he was not the lowest bid, I felt more likely to receive quality workmanship because of his knowledge. Dave tore off the old roof tiles, replaced a substantial amount of water-damaged wood (sending daily photos) and installed the membrane (dry-in) in a matter of 3-4 days stopping all my leaks. Dave stayed in contact with me (I had not yet moved in) throughout the wait for the new concrete tile and pushed the distributor for delivery of materials. The delivery came 30 days earlier than expected and installation was completed before we moved in.The roof is beautiful and the house is dry! I now consider Dave to be a friend in addition to being a trusted contractor. Bonus: Dave is also an excellent source of referrals for other trades (being a local guy) if you need them.

After a long search for a quality roofing sub contractor, and going though countless battles with other roofing subs, we met Dero Roofing. The first job he did for us was a standing seam metal roof on a new construction home. Wow! Was the best looking, most detailed metal job I've seen in the past 20 years. He used custom vents, being uniquely bent and color matched per our application. He was on the job every day making sure everything was done just right. His attention to detail is impeccable. Since, we have used him for concrete roof tile, flat roofs, and even a shingle job. Each and every job has been top notch. Dave is running a true hands on approach, quality roofing company.
