Best restaurants In Marco Island

If you’re planning to head to southwest Florida and you’re looking for the best restaurants on Marco Island, then this guide would no doubt help you a lot and save time researching. Marco Island is also considered the largest out of the Ten Thousand Islands and also boasts loads of sunny beaches, amazing shopping districts, lots of fun things to do, and of course, possibly the most important thing on any trip, is good food.

The Crazy Flamingo

One of the best dinners you could find in Marco Island that would suit your palate is The Crazy Flamingo, which is located at 1035 North Collier Blvd, Marco Island. This restaurant is an old Florida bar and grille, that has been serving beer and wine in the city for over 30 years. It is a quirky establishment with a dynamic, high-energy spot for raw bar eats plus unique menu items.

They offer some freshly shucked oysters, steam pots of clams, mussels, oysters as well as some cooked peel and eat shrimp. Since Marco Island is near the waters, it is normal for there to be a surplus of marine cuisine, but their wings, burgers, steaks, and chicken dishes are just as equally popular.

Fin Bistro

This seafood restaurant is located at Marco Island and is solely committed and dedicated to serving only the freshest seafood possible. The truth is, the seafood is so fresh, they only serve those that are caught the same morning. Because of this, when the fishermen are taking a day of break the Fin Bistro closes its doors as well. If you are into seafood dishes or want to try some you can never go wrong with Fin Bistro.

Marco Prime Steak And Seafood Restaurant

Marco Prime Steak And Seafood Restaurant, located at Marco Walk Plaza, 599 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, as the name suggests, serves the freshest seafood and prime choice cuts of Angus beef. The place serves a variety of dishes such as Maine lobster bisque, Wagyu beef carpaccio, Chilean sea bass, braised short ribs, or petit filet mignon.

Mango’s Dockside Bistro

This restaurant is situated at Esplanade Shoppes on Marco Island and is highly regarded for its nautical atmosphere, with the 750-gallon fish tank and cascading waterfall, the restaurant can be called quite the kitschy place. Even with its amazing tropical beach bar decorations, the food still stands out more. It is open for breakfasts on weekends, as well as lunch and dinner, but it is busier at dinner.

The Oyster Society

The Oyster Society is one of the few restaurant names that are said to be the best of the best. One of the things you would first notice as you enter their facilities is the eye-catching interior. There are some bold wallpaper, a massive bar, and a wall of mirrors making it one of a kind. The atmosphere is all set when you add live jazz music that is played every weekend. Aside from this, they also serve some mouthwatering cuisine.

As the name suggests, it comes out as no surprise that the two most popular dishes in the restaurant are the baked oyster platter and the chef’s dozen oysters. There are also the pistachio Chilean sea bass, the “Pier 39” cioppino, and the lobster thermidor for those that are not quite keen on oysters.
